Emerald Bay Guesthouse

The Emerald Bay Guesthouse is conveniently located in Destin Florida and was designed to cater to groups of up to 16 golfers that would like the convenience and luxury of golfing and staying all in one central area.  Located just steps from the Clubhouse, yet hundreds of yards from any other private homes – the guesthouse is a private golfers retreat.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom and is equipped with two queen beds, a color television with cable, a telephone with local service, an alarm clark and a private balcony or porch.  Each room is decorated slightly differently, but the amenities are the same.

The Common Area is located on the first floor and provides ample space for the group to lounge around and enjoy Sports, News, or Weather on the brand new flat screen television.  Gas fireplace, brand new leather loungers and wet bar are available to make sure that everyone can relax after a long day on the course.

The kitchenette/wetbar area is located in the common area and has two small refrigerators for your cool beverages and snacks, as well as a sink and microwave for guest use.

A second common area and wetbar are located just off the main entry and provide a perfect setting for late night card games or a quiet spot to read the paper in the morning.

Just outside the back door of the guesthouse is the swimming pool and tennis courts that are available for renters of the guesthouse.
